Live Look at Solar Client Assets and Results – April 2026
Consistency isn't an accident. Here's a real look inside what's running right now across our active client campaigns and what the numbers looked like this month.
If you're relying on a single source for leads, you're leaving your pipeline up to chance. In today's market, putting all your eggs in one basket means one algorithm change, one account suspension, or one bad month from a vendor can silence your phone completely. The clients who came to us this year in a panic were almost always in that situation: one channel, no attribution, and no fallback.
This post is a real look at what's running in April 2026 across our active client campaigns. Real dashboards, real numbers, real attribution. We share these regularly because the most common question we get is "but does this actually work?" Here's what it looks like.

What We're Seeing Across Accounts
The Google Ads accounts are performing at historical average or better across all active markets. Cost per lead has held in the $16–$26 range for residential solar across US markets. Facebook campaigns using the education-first creative format continue to outperform straight-to-lead approaches on cost and close rate when handed off to a capable closer.
The AI Booking Numbers
The AI setter booked 703 appointments in 2025 across all active campaigns. In April 2026 alone, the reactivation sequences we've been running on aged databases are producing appointments at a cost significantly below any paid channel. These are leads the clients already paid for that had gone cold. The AI is converting them without any additional lead spend.
The pattern we keep seeing: Clients who add the AI follow-up layer to an existing lead flow see their connect rate roughly double within the first 30 days. The leads didn't get better. The follow-up speed and consistency did.
Canadian Markets
The Alberta campaigns continue to outperform expectations. The 588 kW single-campaign close record we set in 2025 with an Alberta installer has been a reference point for every Canadian market conversation we've had since. The combination of Canada Greener Homes incentives and Alberta's deregulated energy market creates a favorable environment for lead conversion that doesn't exist in every US state.
What to Build Next If You're Behind
If you're reading this and your pipeline is single-channel or inconsistent, the order of operations matters. Don't start with ads if you don't have attribution. Don't buy more leads if your follow-up is slow. The sequence that produces results is the same across every market we work in: intake and attribution first, then visibility, then paid traffic, then AI re-engagement layered on top.
Watch the full order of operations webinar if you want to understand why the sequence matters as much as the tactics.
